SIPphone (News - Alert) Inc. has introduced a free service that helps users receive international calls from any phone for free. With this service, users can make international calls from any mobile or landline phone by calling a local telephone number. The free local numbers service offers an easy, low-cost solution for making free calls between any phone and any computer worldwide.

According to the news release, at gizmocall.com, users can assign any mobile or landline phone worldwide a local telephone number from over 20 countries, for free. Users calling from countries where local numbers do not yet exist are assigned the lowest cost number for them to call.

The local number can then be dialed, from the phone it was assigned to, to contact the user for the price of a local call. Incoming calls can be answered by logging into gizmocall.com or directly from a user's mobile or landline phone by enabling call forwarding.

Users receive up to 120 minutes per day of free inbound calls from local numbers and up to 240 minutes per week. Users need to purchase Call Out credit to extend calling beyond the free calling limits or to receive forwarded calls. Call forwarding, free to setup, does not require users to be logged in to Gizmo Call. Rates are based on where calls are forwarded to and the type of phone receiving the call.
